The MEC For Finance, Kenetswe Mosenogi will in accordance with Chapter 4, Section 27 (2) of
the Public Finance Management Act 1 of 1999 as amended by Act 29 of 1999 table the provincial
annual budget for the 2026/27 financial year for adoption by the provincial legislature.
The provincial budget is targeted to anchor the provincial government pronouncements as
articulated by Premier Lazarus Mokgosi during the 2026 State of the Province Address. It is a
budget deliberately crafted to translate those pronouncements into action and measurable
outcomes for the people of the North West.
The budget will be tabled as follows

The media is invited to attend and give coverage to this event which will outline government
priorities for the next financial year and Mid Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF). Journalists
