RUSTENBURG: Members of the Municipal Disciplinary Boards across the province have been capacitated to handle consequence management flowing from Unauthorized, Irregular, Fruitless and Wasteful Expenditure (UIF&W). The local government sector has seen persistent accumulation of UIF&W expenditure which remains a matter of serious concern particularly where it is not adequately investigated and resolved through effective consequence management.
