Suppliers urged to update their CSD information by end of August 2025

The North West Provincial Treasury is urging all suppliers to urgently update their details on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) before 31 August 2025 to avoid being automatically deactivated and prevented from doing business with government. The term “suppliers” also includes NPO’s and all parties doing or intending to do business with government. From 1 August 2024, National Treasury introduced enhancements to improve supplier data accuracy and streamline procurement processes. All suppliers must now upload a valid Proof of Address (PoA) for each physical address listed on their CSD profile, ensure PoA documents are not older than 3 months.
